Single Cabins
Convenient and accommodating!
Comfortable and generously sized. Each cabin is equipped with a TV, mid-sized refrigerator, microwave, and most importantly a super cold air-conditioning and heat pump for the cold months plus a 40 gallon water heater to ensure there's plenty of hot water for multiple showers.

Double Occupancy Cabins

Our double occupancy cabins are the idea solution for small families or multiple people needing a place to call home during your time with us in McIntosh! Comfortable and generously sized. Each cabin is equipped with a TV, mid-sized refrigerator, microwave, and most importantly a super cold air-conditioning and heat pump for the cold months plus a 40 gallon water heater to ensure there's plenty of hot water for multiple showers.

Check-In/Check-out
Check-in time is 1:00 pm; check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.
Speed Limit
We ask that you obey our 10 mph park speed limit.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
Pet policy
- All pets must be on a leash no longer than six feet when outside.
- Owners must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
- Aggressive or excessively noisy pets are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed in park buildings, restrooms, laundry areas, or cabins.
Cancellation Policy
• If reservation is cancelled more than 29 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 10% of total reservation amount will apply. • If reservation is cancelled 15-29 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of total reservation amount will apply. • If reservation is cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% of total reservation amount will apply. • There will be no refund if cancelled 7 days or less from day of arrival.
